Want to know more about our rums?

Why us

We apply exacting standards to what we do and go far beyond any statutory rules or regulations to ensure that we protect the integrity of the rums we offer.

  • Each release strictly limited and each bottle numbered.
  • Exclusive single barrel releases and small batch regional rum vattings.
  • Each rum hand selected by our Rum Master
  • Only barrels with exceptional character selected for release as single barrels. Each rum a perfect expression of its terroir.
  • We don't add anything to our rums or take anything out - Not Chill Filtered, No Added Colourings, No Added Sugars or Flavourings
  • Full strength rum – we bottle at 43%, 46% and on occasion natural Cask Strength. This is more expensive but we believe it allows the rums' full character to be released

At Rum & Cane, we instil the regulations and discipline of the single malt scotch whisky world.
